Your right to cancel (14 days)

If you are a consumer, you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods. If your order arrives in several deliveries, the 14 days start from the day you receive the last item.

To cancel, email thetechplugcy@gmail.com with your name, order number and the item(s) you want to return, before the 14 days run out. A simple clear statement is enough.

Sending the item back

• Send the item back within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling.

• Return it with all accessories, manuals and original packaging, in as-new condition.

• If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you pay the cost of sending it back. Please use a tracked service — you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

Condition of returned items

You may handle an item only as you would in a shop, to check what it is and that it works. We may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value if the item has been used, damaged, installed, or handled beyond that — for example a processor that has been mounted, thermal paste applied, or a product returned with missing parts or packaging.

The following cannot be returned once their seal has been broken:

• Sealed software, or products with licence keys, once the seal or key has been opened or used.

• Sealed items not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons (for example in-ear audio), once unsealed.

Your refund

• We refund the price you paid within 14 days of receiving your cancellation. (Delivery is free, so there is no delivery charge to refund.)

• We may wait to refund until we have received the item back, or you have shown proof you have sent it — whichever happens first.

• Refunds go back to the original payment method. You are not charged a fee for the refund.

Faulty or incorrect items

This does not affect your legal rights. Every product comes with the legal guarantee of conformity for at least 2 years under Cyprus and EU law. If an item is faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, email us with your order number and photos — we will repair, replace or refund it, and cover the return cost.

Please check your parcel on arrival and tell us about any delivery damage as soon as possible.
