Where we deliver

Delivery is free on every order, anywhere in Cyprus. We do not ship outside Cyprus. Collection / in-store pickup is not offered.

The options available for your address are shown at checkout. There is no delivery charge and no minimum order.

Processing

Local delivery in Paphos city runs every day: orders placed before 22:00 are delivered the same day, and later orders the next day. Akis Express deliveries usually arrive within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Local delivery is limited to Paphos city; addresses elsewhere in the Paphos district are delivered by Akis Express.

Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by the courier, public holidays or events outside our control can happen; we will keep you informed.

Stock and availability

Stock shown on our website is updated live from our store. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and either offer an alternative or refund you in full for that item.

Damaged or missing parcels

Please check your parcel on arrival. If it is damaged, or anything is missing, email thetechplugcy@gmail.com with your order number and photos as soon as possible, and we will sort it out.
