Terms of Service

These terms apply to purchases from our online store, The Tech Plug CY, operated by thetechplugcy, Cyprus.

1. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or a price was shown in error — in which case we refund anything you have paid in full.

2. Prices

• Prices are in euro (€) and are the final price you pay at checkout.

• Prices can change at any time without notice. The price that applies is the one shown at checkout when you place your order. A later price change does not affect an order we have already confirmed.

• If we discover an obvious pricing error, we will contact you before dispatch and give you the choice to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

• Delivery within Cyprus is free.

3. Availability

Stock is shown live on our website but can change quickly. If an ordered item is unavailable, we will tell you and refund you in full for that item, or offer an alternative if you prefer.

4. Product information and compatibility

We describe products as accurately as we can using manufacturer information. Images are for illustration. Compatibility guidance on our website — including the PC builder — is limited to what is stated in our product information. You are responsible for confirming that parts are compatible with your system; if you are unsure, ask us before you buy.

5. Payment

Payment is taken securely through Shopify’s checkout. We do not see or store your full card details.

6. Delivery

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or a person you nominate.

7. Cancellations and returns

Your right to cancel within 14 days, and how refunds work, are set out in our Refund Policy.

8. Guarantee

All products come with the legal guarantee of conformity of at least 2 years under Cyprus and EU law. Manufacturer warranties, where offered, are in addition to your legal rights.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, or our liability where it cannot be limited by law. We are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for damage caused by incorrect installation or use.

10. Complaints

Please contact us first at thetechplugcy@gmail.com — we aim to resolve every issue directly. You can also contact the Cyprus Consumer Protection Service.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
